Reported drowning

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at around 3:01 PM deputies were dispatched to a reported drowning at the residence located at 2773 Route 69 in the Town of Camden. Upon arriving on scene deputies assisted members of the Camden Fire Department in removing the twenty nine year old victim, Andrew Renwick, from a swimming pool at the residence. Renwick was transported to Rome Memorial Hospital by Camden Ambulance where he was pronounced dead. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
