CAC Arrest on 05/14/18 -City of Rome

According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Joseph A. Lisi, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Rome man was arrested for having sexual contact with a child. Utica Police Investigator Fred Bruzzese and Oneida County Sheriff’s Investigator C.J. Paravati, both assigned to the Child Advocacy Center, arrested Patrick Parker, 30, for having sexual contact with a female child under the age of 14 while in the City of Rome. Parker was arrested for Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Misdemeanors. Parker was processed at the Rome Police Department and arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Court located at the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he was released on his own recognizance. The victim has been offered counseling services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center
