City of Rome Arrest on 6/21/18

According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Joseph A. Lisi, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Rome man was arrested for having sexual contact with a child in the City of Rome. Utica Police Investigator Fred Bruzzese and Rome Police Detective E.A. D’Alessandro, both assigned to the Child Advocacy Center, arrested Dakota J. Kiley, 18, for having sexual contact with a child under the age of 17. Kiley was arrested for Sexual Misconduct, a misdemeanor. Kiley was processed at the Rome Police Department and was released with an appearance ticket returnable to Rome City Court at a later date. The victim has been offered counseling services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
