According to Oneida County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Joseph Lisi, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a level two sex offender currently on probation living in the City of Utica was arrested for sending indecent material to a minor.

Utica Police Investigator Frederick Bruzzese III and Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Investigator C. J. Paravati, both assigned to the Child Advocacy Center, arrested Michael Klockowski, 20, with one count of Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor in the Second Degree and with two counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, all felonies. The Child Advocacy Center’s investigation stems from Klockowski being arrested by the Utica Police Department for Criminal Trespass on June 24, 2018, after he was located in a residence of a12 year old female. Klockowski is currently being held at the Oneida County Correctional Facility on a probation violation and a no bail status.

The investigation is ongoing and the victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
