Suspicious activity investigation

On 04/12/2018 at approximately 9:30 AMOneida County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to OHM BOCES - Middle Settlement Academy, located on Middle Settlement Rd T/New Hartford after a threat was reported to be written in a bathroom. School officials along with the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Officer’s assigned to BOCES conducted a search of the building and deemed it to be safe. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit also responded and an investigation into the matter is ongoing.
