Suspicious fire

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on November 6th , 2018 at about 08:38 A.M. Deputies responded to 10882 Cosby Manor Rd in the Town of Deerfield to assist Deerfield Fire Department with a suspicious fire that occurred in the garage detached from the residence. The Oneida County Sheriff's Office Forensic Identification Unit responded to the scene and investigated the fire. The fire was determined to be not suspicious in nature and appeared to had started from an All Terrain Vehicle inside of the garage. The fire had burnt itself out prior to being discovered by the homeowner the next morning. The investigation is considered closed at this time.
