Terroristic threat

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, on 08/19/2018 at approximately 2:30 AM, the Oneida County Criminal Investigations Unit arrested Frank Bommarito Jr., 32 of New Hartford for Making a terroristic threat, a class D felony.

Bommarito Jr. was arrested after making multiple phone calls to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and threatening to kill law enforcement officers that were attempting to make contact with him on 08/17/2018.

Bommarito Jr. was transported to the Oneida County Jail where he is being held and awaiting arraignment at the Oneida County CAP Court. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the New Hartford Police Department with this arrest.
