Kenneth W. Miller Jr. is accused of making physical contact with a woman that has an active order of protection for Miller to refrain from harassment or assault of the protected party. Miller is accused of making physical contact with the protected party during a Domestic Dispute, this occurred in front of two children the parties have in common. Miller is also accused of damaging a door in the residence during the dispute.
