Update Motor Vehicle Accident/Marcy

Update on the personal injury motor vehicle accident on State Route 49 in the Town of Marcy.

The accident occurred on August 7th at approximately 7:05 p.m. in the east bound lane of State Route 49 just west of the SUNY Parkway exit in the Town of Marcy.

The two occupants that fled the Acura on foot were the only occupants of the vehicle and were described as young females in their early twenties. It is unknown where the females fled or their direction of travel.

The occupants of Tasha Floyd's vehicle consisted of family members and suffered only minor injuries.
