Update

** UPDATE** The New York State Police CCSERT Team responded to the scene to test the unknown substance which was located in a shipping package delivered to the residence earlier in the day. The package was marked as soap and CCSERT was able to confirm the package was indeed made up of compounds of soap and there were no harmful or dangerous substances present. It appears the item was placed in the package accidently during the shipping process. Deputies have since cleared the scene and the case is considered closed at this time.
