Westmoreland man arrested for criminal trespass

According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit; On March 5, 2018, Kyle R. Grant, age 33 of E. Main St. in the Town of Westmoreland, was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 2ndDegree, a Class A Misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that was reported to members of the Patrol Division on February 26, 2018, where it was reported that someone unlawfully entered a dwelling on E. Main St. in the Town of Westmoreland and stole items from with. Mr. Grant was developed as a suspect in the case and was subsequently charged with Criminal Trespass. Mr. Grant was issued an Appearance Ticket, returnable to the Town of Westmoreland Court on a later date, and released.
