According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol a Bridgewater Woman was arrested for Unlawfully Possessing Manufacturing Methamphetamine Materials following a domestic dispute. On February 27, 2019 approximately 7:26pm members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol were dispatched to a domestic dispute located at 52 Mill St. Village of Bridgewater New York. Upon the arrival of the responding deputies, it was discovered that there was a verbal dispute between two parties that lived at the residence. It was discovered that the verbal dispute was over Rachel DeBoer age 48 having possessed and manufactured methamphetamine within the home. Deputies also quickly discovered that while inside the residence during their investigation that there were still active methamphetamine materials present within the home. Deputies cleared all occupants from the area and secured the home until the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Response Teams arrived and, they removed of all active materials commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine. Rachel DeBoer was charged with (1) count of Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd. Degree a class D Felony. DeBoer was sent to Oneida County Correctional Facility awaiting her arraignment at the Central Arraignment Court. The investigation into this case is still ongoing and other charges are possible.
