According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Derrick A. O’Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Utica teen was arrested for having sexual intercourse with two children. Utica Police Department Investigator Frederick Bruzzese III, assigned to the Child Advocacy Center, arrested the 14 year old teen male for having sexual intercourse with two female children under the age of 11, while in the City of Utica. The teen male was arrested for two counts of Rape in the first Degree and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, all Felonies. The teen was processed at the Utica Police Department and was released to a family member on appearance tickets returnable to Utica Juvenile Probation. Both of the victims have been offered counseling services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
