According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on May 2, 2019, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Collin R. Pink, age 23, of Rome, NY for Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).

On November 29, 2018 and December 18, 2018, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol responded to Walmart Distribution Center in the Town of Marcy for a larceny investigation. After the initial investigation was completed by the Road Patrol, the case was turned over to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit for further investigation.

After investigation by the Criminal Investigation Unit, Collin R. Pink, who was an employee at the Walmart Distribution Center from August 2018 to December 2018, was arrested for stealing several Iphones from the Walmart Distribution Center.

Collin R. Pink was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Marcy Town Court at a later date and time.
