According to Oneida County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Derrick O'Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender was arrested on May 6, 2019 by OCSO Sergeant M. Bolton. It was learned through investigation that William Wilson, age 41, had not been residing at his registered address in the Town of Vienna and had not notified appropriate authorities of his address change within 10 days, as required by law. Wilson was charged with one count of Failing to Report Address Change, a Class E Felony under NYS Corrections Law and will appear in court at a later date.
