According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol; On June 9th, 2019 at approximately 3:30AM Deputies responded to State Route 69 in the Town of Camden for a single car motor vehicle accident resulting in injuries.

An investigation revealed that Austin Seymour, 19 of Taberg, was driving his 2004 Dodge Stratus eastbound on State Route 69 when he lost control of his vehicle and left the southern shoulder of the roadway. Seymour struck an earth embankment and several trees before coming to rest in a field.

Seymour was transported by Camden Ambulance to Rome Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the New York State Police and the Camden Fire Department.

Seymour was issued a traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Camden Court and is to appear at a later date and time.
