UPDATE to motor vehicle accident on State Route 49 in the Town of Vienna. According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert, M. Maciol deputies responded to a two car motor vehicle crash around 4 PM. The accident occurred at the intersection of State Route 49 and Herder Road. Bonney Ennett, 70 of Westmoreland was traveling westbound in a 2010 Honda Civic when she passed the turn for Herder Road. Ennett was attempting to make a U-turn in the roadway to take Herder Road when she did not see a 2005 Jeep Cherokee was also traveling westbound and was unable to avoid striking Ennett. The Jeep was driven by Warren Passmore, 45 of Utica with his passenger Traci Waters, 43 also of Utica and an 11 year old female. All parties from the Jeep were transported to Rome Memorial Hospital for evaluation by Ambulance.

Ms. Ennett was transported by Ambulance to Rome Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
