TWO Car Motor Vehicle Accident Town of Paris sends three people to local hospital with serious injuries.

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol patrol deputies were sent to the intersection of Summit Rd and Doolittle Rd T/Paris for a head on collision involving 2 cars.

Investigating deputies determined that a vehicle driven by Russell Hughes (18) of Edmeston NY failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and collided with a second vehicle driven by William Menter (44) of Rome NY.

Three subjects in Menter's vehicle, Scott Martin (47) New Hartford NY, Michael Reith (59) Sylvan Beach NY and David Deciccio (51) Cassville NY were all sent to St. Elizabeth's with serious injuries by Edwards and Central Oneida County Ambulances.

The two passengers in Hughes' vehicle, Russell D Hughes (46) and Brenna Hughes (3) were treated on the scene and released by Cassville FD and Edwards Ambulance.

The accident remains under investigation.
