According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, Deputies located Steven Allen during a traffic stop on Lee-Valley Road in the Town of Lee. Allen was taken into custody and issued several traffic tickets regarding the car pedestrian accident in the Town of Lee from earlier today. All tickets are returnable to the Town of Lee court at a later date.
