According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol on 09/13/2021at about 09:53 Hrs. Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a domestic incident on Coal Hill Rd. in the Town of Annsville. Upon investigating the incident Charles Davis 41 of Annsville was taken into custody and charged with 1 count of harassment 2nd a violation and 1 count of criminal obstruction of breathing a misdemeanor. Davis was processed at the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Building in Oriskany and remanded to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment in centralized arraignment court. The Sheriff's were assisted on scene by the New York State Police.
