According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Lee man was arrested on two separate occasions during the evening hours of September 27th, 2022.

After investigating a domestic complaint that occurred during the early evening hours at a residence in the Town of Lee, Deputies arrested Jerry A. Lohr (37). Jerry was transported to the Law Enforcement Building, booked/processed, and was immediately arraigned at Centralized Arraignment Court. Due to New York State Bail Reform Laws, after completion of Centralized Arraignment Court, Lohr was released on his own recognizance. Lohr was served with an Order of Protection, protecting the victims of the domestic that occurred earlier.

Within minutes of Lohr's release, Deputies learned that Lohr had violated the newly issued Order of Protection by contacting the protected parties via telephone. After the investigation, Deputies again located and arrested Lohr on two separate counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. Lohr was booked/processed and turned over to Corrections Staff at the Oneida County Correctional Facility awaiting Centralized Arraignment Court.
