According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Lee man was arrested for a third time in 36 hours following a Domestic incident in the Town of Lee on September 28, 2022.

Upon completion of this investigation, deputies arrested Jerry A. Lohr (37) of Lee Center for violating a court order of protection that was served in Centralized Arraignment Court on the evening of September 27th. Lohr was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd a Class A misdemeanor. Lohr was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court, where he was remanded to Oneida County Correctional Facility.
