According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, on January 21, 2024, at about 1:30 AM, Deputies responded to Skinner Road in the Town of Westmoreland for a reported one car personal injury motor vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, Deputies determined that Taylor Przybyla of Whitesboro, NY was operating a white 2024 Toyota Corolla westbound on Skinner Road. Due to unsafe speed and slippery road conditions, Przybyla lost control of the vehicle, entering the ditch on the northern shoulder, ultimately causing the vehicle to overturn and come to rest on its roof.

Przybyla was transported to Oneida Hospital for back pain. Przybyla was issued a citation returnable to Westmoreland Town Court on a later date.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Westmoreland Fire Department, Rockers Towing, and AmCare Ambulance.
