According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, On August 15, 2024 at about 8:36 PM, Deputies were called to Wood Creek Road and Route 49 in the Town of Verona to assist several fire departments with a structure fire. The fire is currently under investigation. More information will follow when it is available.
