Domestic incident

According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 12/13/18 at around 1:30 AM, deputies responded to 9905 Taberg Florence Rd for a domestic incident. Prior to Deputies being on scene, a 27 year old male from Rome, fled into the wooded area behind the residence. It was reported to deputies that he was possibly a harm to himself. Sheriff’s K9 Cero tracked him for over 2 ½ hours. He was later located back at the residence by deputies and was transported to Rome Hospital by Am Care Ambulance for an evaluation and exposure to the cold weather. Camden PD, the New York State Police andTaberg FD also assisted on scene.
