According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Michael Purdy, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Utica woman was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a child. Utica Police Investigator Frederick Bruzzese III and New York State Police Investigator Donald Moore, both assigned to the Child Advocacy Center, arrested Marjorie Larsen, 37, for having sexual intercourse with a male child under the age of 17 while in the City of Utica. Larsen was arrested for Rape in the Third Degree, a class E Felony. Larsen was arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Court and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility on no bail. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim and the victim has been offered counseling services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
