Two car motor vehicle accident

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol deputies were dispatched to a 2-car MVA Personal Injury accident around 8:30 AM this morning. Robert Foglino, 79 of Oneida was attempting to turn onto State Street from Seneca Ave in his 2009 Kia Sportage when he struck a vehicle stopped at the traffic light. Bradley Macblane, 27 also of Oneida was waiting to turn onto Seneca Ave from State St when he was struck in his 2011 Lexus.

Foglino was transported to Oneida Heathcare by Vineall Ambulance for evaluation for injuries to his hand from the airbag being deployed. Foglino was issued a traffic summons returnable to Town of Vernon Court at a later date.

The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the Oneida Castle Fire Department.
